Background:

Sterling started in the workforce as a telecommunications sale’s consultant. Upon graduating from college, he found a job as a Laboratory Technician at a Texas utility. After taking advantage of an interim leadership opportunity, he decided that water wasn’t just a job, it was a career. 

Current Position:

Assistant Director of Public Works and Engineering for the City of Baytown, TX overseeing operations for the city’s water and wastewater systems.
