Background:

Ebony started in the workforce with two years of service in the US Navy. After separating from the service, she held many roles; taxi driver, school bus driver, delivery driver, and even owning her own chauffeur company. She eventually became a crew member at Greencorps Chicago, which gave her the opportunity to participate in the Water Environment Federation’s InFLOW: CareerTech program at WEFTEC 2025. The InFLOW program kickstarted her interest in joining the water workforce.
