Leaders are responsible for providing clear standards for employee achievement, coaching and developing employees through regular and timely feedback and planning and goal-setting to meet both current and future business objectives.

Education and Training
The education/experience requirements vary by position. Generally, supervisors require a High School Diploma or GED and multiple years of experience, or some equivalent combination of experience and education. Managers typically require a Bachelor’s degree and multiple years of experience, or some equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent computer skills and a working knowledge of applicable software programs are essential. Other key requirements are effective verbal and written communications, strong analytical, planning and organizational skills, and excellent leadership, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
